About
The Wierschuur stands on a 12.000 m2 property and is situated on a quiet dead-end road. The entire location includes the Wierschuur, the restored attached stable and the Zuiderzeekeet (separate lodge). As the crow flies, the Wierschuur is less than three kilometers from the Wadden Sea.
Property
The Wierschuur is surrounded by garden. There is a centrally located lawn with chestnut trees, a flowering meadow and a spacious terrace with view of the rural surroundings and ditch. The car park is equipped with a charging point for electric cars.
Bedrooms and living areas
There are nine bedrooms on the ground floor in the Wierschuur, all situated around the central space and open kitchen. In addition there are various seating areas, dining tables, a lounge corner and at the front of the building a separate room with tables and a large TV. On the first floor, two spacious mezzanines are connected by a wide landing. The five bedrooms in the stable are accessible from the outside, as is the Zuiderzee shack (lodge). The extra kitchen, which can be rented separately, is accessible from the inside.
